Diagramming an RCW

A basic skill needed by most private investigators is the ability to identify the elements of a statute. This is not only important in criminal defense work but also in cases related to civil law. Understanding what a statute actually says can be much different from what a cursory review leads you to believe it says. One method of doing this is called diagramming.
